Good morning! Wow- it has been ONE BUSY WEEKEND!! I absolutely LOVE National Scrapbook Day and because I have the greatest husband in the world, he allowed me to scrap ALL day long- and he watched the kids for me. Such a blessing...but because I scrap standing up and hunched over my table, my back is killing me and I am SORE!! Ha- but so worth it! Got some stuff accomplished and that is what matters!
But anyways, I'm here today to share with you my reveal for Sketch #207 @ Creative Scrappers. I am so proud of my baby girl- she finally learned to sit up on her own (she's been desperately trying since 2 months of age!)- and I couldn't wait to scrap a photo of her doing so :)...
She looks like such a little grownup here, lol!! I used the stunning Prima "Sun Kiss" collection for this one- normally I would reserve these colors for my boys, but they just seemed to fit here...so I just went with it :). I also included a nice collection of Prima, Manor House, Kaiser Craft, Flying Unicorn, & Wild Orchid flowers- phew! Love my flowers ;)- and finally some Kaiser Craft wood flourishes.
Here is Sketch #207, which I flipped on its side to accommodate my vertical photo:
These kind of sketches are so great as they are so open for interpretation! What do you think? Perhaps you can give it a try and get yourself in the running for a $20 gift certificate to The Paper Passion!!
Hope you have a really great day- I will actually be back a little later to share with you a layout I created for Scrappin' Patch, using the gorgeous Sunday Picnic collection by Webster's Pages :).
