The adorable baby girl in this photo is my daughter Aspen. Her smile is just BEYOND cute!! I wanted to create a really sweet and playful girly layout. I love this pretty heart-patterned paper, but is is a little busy. So I decided to tear out the center and place one of the 6x12 sheets behind it to create a base for my photos. The banner has a few layers to it, which I love the look of. I simply took some scraps and created two paper layers, topped with some remnants from the beautiful white lace included in the main kit. Finally, I hole punched the tops and threaded through the white & yellow twine, followed by a variety of little flowers, some tinted with pink ink. Behind my photos I stuck in strips of various papers, some decorated with punches, some distressed, all of them inked. And for the final touches, I threw around a mixture of white and pink paint before adding a handful of mini hearts punched from more scraps and popped-up with mini foam adhesive.

Thank-you for stopping by. I've been keeping busy with the amazing May kit from C'est Magnifique- I'm completely in LOVE with it!- can't wait to be able to share it with you ;)-
BUT- Gotta get going- Aspen should be waking up soon here, wanting to eat. She's such an angel- the boys get me up at 6 AM- she sleeps unitl 9- that way, I can get the needy ones taken care of before my little sweetie greets me with her beautiful smile. Love her :).
See you later,
xErin

Oooooo, I love the ruffled paper and the confetti hearts!
Erin, I think this is a new fave of mine, love the idea of tearing a busy pattern up to put another paper behind it, very cool, and that banner, nicest one I have seen, very pretty with all the layers! How lucky you are that Aspen (who is the cutest!) sleeps until 9:00!! Zachary is up every day at 6:00, and has been for the last 4 years...feel like I may never sleep in again...
love this! a true work of heart! the details and elements are amazing!
I love the pp & the way you split them apart. I also love the banners with the flowers & lace. Very pretty!
Love the way you just rip up a piece of paper, throw around some paint, grab some scraps and come up with something so beautiful!
Beautiful and oh so very cute - that is an adorable layout
Oh so beautiful Erin! The little hearts, the banner, the tear through the middle, all to die for! Love it!
