**This is my second post today!!**
A couple closeups too:Good morning (again)! Between the multiple DT layouts I have been and have yet to work on, I managed to sneak in a page for the current Inspiration Challenge, #17, over at Get Picky. This time we were given an inspiration photo/color scheme to work with. So I went ahead and chose some more delicious Bo Bunny "Country Gardens" paper and went at it...
These recent photos of Aspen in her little blue jeans got the old Mel McDaniel song "Baby's Got Her Blue Jeans On" stuck in my head- and I couldn't get rid of it. Now, I'm TERRIBLE at lengthy titles, so I really struggled with it- I never leave enough room for a big title and mixing up the fonts is just not one of my strengths. But I refused to change the title as it was just too perfect and here is what I ended up with:

I was instantly in love with these colors- having a baby girl, I can't think of a more perfect starting point for a page for her!But I've got to get going- have a lot to do today! I'm struggling with a migraine yet again, but I just received some exciting news that I can't quite share with you yet- and so I need to get busy on some DT projects before I get even busier!! Take care, thanks for stopping by- oh, and on a final note- I FINALLY got my satellite internet hooked up!! What a DIFFERENCE it makes- instead of taking 15 minutes to load photos onto my blog, it's more like 10 seconds- just incredible. Don't know how I handled dial-up for sooo long...

this is so cute, love when babies where blue jeans, it's funny...Zachary won't wear them, he says they are "cold" and uncomfy...lol...love that doily at the top, is that wood? The whole page is just beautiful, and congrats on your win in the previous post!! Very nice page :)
I LOVE the title on this page, Erin and you did an amazing job using the color scheme!! I love the soft texture along with the hard texture of the wood accents!

Gotta love babies and blue jeans. My twins are 9 now, but I have a ton of photos with their first adorable pairs of blue jeans. Very sweet layout.

oh i just upgraded my computer. it was over 6 years old and was taking ages to load photos. now with this new thing... man, its BAM n they r loaded. technology huh. i could imagine what dial up was like though... crazy slow!!! u could prob have 2 cups of coffee waiting for things to load! :)
