(Kelly) "Grow, baby, grow"

Good afternoon!! I have to say, I have started using bright, girly colors again (after being obsessed with cool blues and muted colors for awhile..), and I am SO excited about it!!! Another thing I am excited about, is finally using a part from one of my favorite children's books. My daughter has a book called "Sleep, Baby, Sleep" by Maryann Cusimano Love, and Maria van Lieshout. I have had it hidden in my scrap room for some time now, wanting to use various excerpts from this book, and now I finally have!! The title and journaling of this layout are from a page in the book, and it goes like this: 

Grow, baby, grow.

From our arms you'll go,

unfurling like a butterfly,

cocoon opening to the sky.

Grow, baby, grow.

I thought this was just perfect for these pictures of Lilah, because she is just growing so fast and she looks so big and grown up!!
